Workshop Manager (Industry) (M/F)

Job Description:

Your main missions: Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental rules; Provide hierarchical management of the workshop (interviews, training, recruitment, absences, etc.); Provide expertise in the development of the production plan and implement it; Define and carry out the necessary corrective actions in case of deviations; Define resource needs; Coordinate resources and activities according to requirements; Define, in agreement with their N+1, the activity management indicators; Define and drive the actions necessary to achieve these objectives; Periodically monitor the stock levels of the workshop (products and components) and carry out the necessary purchase requests; Work in close collaboration with all support services in order to lead all continuous improvement projects.

Profile Description:

Holding a Bac +2, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Skills / Soft Skills: Knowledge of safety and quality rules; Knowledge of production management; Leadership; Organizational skills; Proficiency in IT and office tools; Technical English.
