Job Description:

Reporting to the Site Management, you will play a central role in the deployment of the Operational Excellence approach and the sustainable improvement of industrial performance.

As a true field representative, you will support teams in identifying areas for progress, deploying Lean tools, and implementing concrete actions to improve productivity, efficiency, and working conditions.

Your Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement missions: Drive the deployment of the Operational Excellence program within your scope.

Identify the main sources of waste and define actions to improve the performance and reliability of resources.

Directly manage various continuous improvement projects on the field.

Identify improvement opportunities and standardization needs.

Set up and facilitate progress groups.

Monitor the gains obtained and ensure their sustainability over time.

Lean Management & Problem Solving: Lead Kaizen workshops to optimize workstations and organizations.

Deploy and sustain the main Lean tools: SMED, 5S, MIFA, Kanban, Hoshin Kanri, flow management.

Support teams in using problem-solving methods: 8D, 5 Why, QRQC. Challenge existing practices and support the implementation of new standards.

Participate in the improvement of flows and industrial organization.

Performance Management: Implement, monitor, and analyze industrial performance indicators associated with various projects.

Facilitate steering reviews and ensure the follow-up of action plans.

Participate in the deployment and communication of objectives to the teams.

Perform evaluations to measure the site's maturity regarding various tools.

Team Support & New Projects: Train and support teams in adopting continuous improvement methods and tools.

Unite different departments around transformation and performance projects.

Support the integration of new projects into the factory.

Actively participate in change management on the field.

Depending on the organization, you may also be required to functionally supervise an Operational Excellence Officer or support the approach at a second site.

Profile Description:

With an engineering background or significant experience in the field of Operational Excellence, you ideally have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, acquired in an industrial environment.

Experience in the automotive sector as well as good knowledge of production environments are real assets.

You master the main continuous improvement tools and methodologies: Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, 5S, MIFA, Kanban, flow management, and problem solving.

You are comfortable with IT tools and have an English level that allows you to communicate both in writing and orally.
