After-Sales Service Project Manager (M/F)

We are recruiting a technical profile for an After-Sales Service Project Manager for our client, an industrial company in the field of special purpose machinery. We are looking for a profile that is primarily technical (knowledge in mechanics) in order to be able to perform cost estimations.
Knowledge of project management is not mandatory.
The After-Sales Service Project Manager supports the After-Sales Service team in defining technical solutions and developing cost estimations adapted to customer requests.
He/she manages projects in their entirety, from the analysis of the need and cost estimation to the finalization of the intervention, while guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.
Analyze and qualify after-sales service customer requests in order to propose adapted technical solutions Formalize and structure technical offers in connection with the Technical department Write and estimate after-sales service commercial proposals Ensure complete project follow-up (planning, coordination, progress) with the various internal departments: Bureau d'Études, Technical, Assembly, etc. Guarantee the proper transmission of files to field teams (briefing and debriefing of intervention teams) Manage relations with subcontractors, agents, and customers Provide technical support in case of emergencies on equipment Respond to customer inquiries (email and telephone) Occasionally travel to customer sites (audit, technical visit, or intervention)
Know-how: Solid foundations in mechanics, automation, and electricity Reading of mechanical plans and technical specifications Ability to analyze a request and propose an adapted solution Sense of organization and optimization of priorities

Technical training in mechanics or mechatronics (Licence, engineering school type ENI - minimum Bac+3) Experience in an industrial environment Mastery of English (indispensable)
