Customer Quality Project Manager (M/F)

As part of its development, our client is strengthening its Quality team and is looking for a Customer Quality Project Manager (M/F).
You will play a central role in customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring compliance with quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle. At the intersection of the quality, production, industrialization, and sales teams, you will intervene in both risk prevention and the handling of issues encountered.
Within the Aeronautics and defense range, your responsibilities will notably include:
- Managing the quality of a product portfolio and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
- Handling customer complaints and non-conformities, from problem analysis to the follow-up of corrective actions.
- Leading problem-solving processes, particularly through methodologies such as QRQC.
- Defining, coordinating, and monitoring quality action plans with the various departments concerned.
- Participating in customer audits, product qualifications, and various validation stages.
- Developing and monitoring the control and qualification plans necessary for projects.
- Intervening during product/process launch or modification phases to identify quality risks and secure the transition to production.
- Ensuring the monitoring of quality indicators and providing regular reporting to various stakeholders.
- Participating in design reviews and continuous improvement projects.
- Working in close collaboration with production, industrialization, the design office, R&D, suppliers, and sales teams.
- Supporting operational teams in the application of quality best practices and leading awareness or training actions.
- Contributing to risk prevention and the continuous improvement of performance regarding quality, costs, and deadlines.
We are looking for an experienced profile with at least 5 years in quality project management within the aero, space, and/or defense sectors.
With higher education in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a technical field, you have significant experience in a quality function within an industrial environment.
You master the main quality tools and methods and are comfortable with data analysis, audits, and problem-solving processes.
Your experience allows you to understand issues related to products and manufacturing processes and to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
