Les Sommets is a mountain restaurant located in Le Monêtier-les-Bains, in the Bachas sector and near the Serre Chevalier slopes. The establishment welcomes local and tourist clientele and offers self-service dining activities, mainly at lunchtime.

Job Description: You will join the kitchen team and participate in the preparation as well as the smooth running of the lunchtime service. Versatile, you will work in the kitchen and at the self-service counter. Prepare and plate dishes intended for the lunchtime service. Participate in cold and hot preparations and, depending on your skills, desserts. Present the daily specials and provide information to customers. Serve customers behind the self-service counter. Replenish the distribution area during service. Clean and tidy the workstation in compliance with hygiene rules.

Desired Profile: One season of experience in a similar position is required. Ability to adapt and participate in different self-service activities. A taste for teamwork, sense of service, and reactivity. Knowledge of pastry would be appreciated. Intermediate level of English required to welcome international clientele.

Conditions Offered: Seasonal CDD from mid-December 2026 until March 31, 2027, depending on the establishment's opening dates. 39 hours per week, with organization adapted to periods of high activity. Indicative hours: from 9:00 AM to 3:45 PM, lunchtime service only. Salary: €2,300 gross monthly, approximately €1,800 net as an indication, depending on payroll elements and profile. Health insurance and meals during working days, according to the establishment's conditions.
