die setter

Busy Manufacturing shop is looking for a full time die setter.

*Your daily responsibilities will include: *

• Must be able to set up and run all presses for progressive dies and related feed line equipment.
• Set dies in the press from start to finish.
• Responsible for all first offs and inspections
• Able to troubleshoot and work with Tool Room staff and do small repairs when required.
• Instruct and perform all safety requirements on Presses.

*What are we looking for?*

• Work experience in the maintenance or tool room department is considered an asset
• Mechanically inclined ? able to use measuring instruments
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Able to perform physically demanding work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour
