Company Overview The client operates in Singapore manufacturing and selling cement and cementitious products, based at Jurong Port Terminal. Job Summary Lead logistics and order management operations to ensure timely delivery, inventory accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures. Support sales alignment and customer engagement while maintaining operational documentation and safety standards. Responsibilities Lead the logistics department to deliver excellent customer delivery service by managing daily dispatch operations and resolving driver, fleet, and customer site issues Plan and allocate resources including manpower, drivers, fleets, and inventory to meet daily order fulfillment targets Engage transport service providers to maintain service levels as per service level agreements Monitor daily stock movement against offtake requirements to ensure inventory availability and accuracy Oversee the reconciliation of daily delivery volumes between dispatch systems (CWIS) and Site Printing/W-Locate systems to enable timely invoicing Guide the team to comply with internal operating procedures and conduct regular documentation checks Collaborate with the plant team to perform periodic weighbridge accuracy checks and implement corrective actions as needed Coordinate with inter-department teams on inventory, delivery, and invoicing matters, ensuring data consistency between SP and SAP systems for fortnightly and month-end billing Conduct safety toolbox talks and engagement sessions to ensure 100% driver compliance with in-house HSE rules Assist the Senior Operations Manager with logistics, inventory management, and stakeholder engagement including Jurong Port and shipping agents Consolidate and declare outgoing materials promptly to ICA through the portal and permit system Support the sales team in customer engagement activities and align monthly sales forecasts with inventory and shipment schedules Handle HDB-related enquiries, notifications, sampling, and documentation by coordinating with plant management and engineers Provide ad-hoc administrative support as assigned by management Manage and update ISO-related documents and records to maintain compliance Maintain and periodically review internal SOPs and related documentation to ensure adherence Prepare and distribute Daily Performance Reports as required Required competencies and certifications Minimum diploma in any related field Ability to work 5.5 or 5/6 days a week Independent work capability with minimal supervision Planning and leadership skills to effectively inspire and manage the team Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to multitask effectively
