Responsibilities Prepare and manage tender submissions, quotations, and cost estimates to support project bidding and execution Coordinate project activities related to contract administration before and after tender award to ensure compliance and timely delivery Collaborate with senior contracts management to execute assigned duties and resolve contract-related issues Work independently to manage assigned tasks and meet project deadlines within Singapore and HDB project contexts Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore construction projects, specifically HDB projects Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
