Job Summary Manage construction projects with oversight of site supervision, cost control, and manpower planning while coordinating with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Lead project management activities to ensure timely and quality completion of construction projects Supervise site operations to maintain safety, compliance, and progress standards Manage project cost control by monitoring budgets and implementing corrective actions Plan and allocate manpower resources effectively to meet project demands Coordinate communication and collaboration with owners, consultants, and subcontractors to align project objectives and resolve issues Required competencies and certifications Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Professional Engineer Board or Building & Construction Authority Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or HDB BTO projects
