Your tasks
Responsibilities and duties Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate contract drafts and technology contracts (focusing on SaaS, cloud services, software licenses, and SLAs); Perform complete contract management in the system, including registration, version control, approval workflows, and monitoring of terms and renewals; Conduct direct negotiations with counterparties (clients and suppliers), ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and risk mitigation; Provide advisory support to clients' business areas to enable contracting with security and agility; Extract reports from the contract system to monitor deadlines, volume, and negotiation status.
Requirements
Requirements and qualifications Completed degree in Law with active OAB registration; Post-graduate degree in contracts, Digital Law, or Corporate Law; Solid previous experience in the analysis and negotiation of diverse business contracts and technology contracts (especially SaaS); Applied knowledge of LGPD to contractual relationships and notions of digital business models; Resolutive, collaborative, organized profile with a focus on business enablement; Advanced level English.
