🚚 DELIVERY TEAM HEAD (SUPERVISOR)

Qualifications/Requirements: 🎯 Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any field. At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, delivery, manufacturing, or other standards-driven operations. Experience in ISO standards, quality management, or productivity improvement tools is an advantage. Experience in large multinational logistics or FMCG companies is preferred. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to coach and motivate team members. Highly organized, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple operational priorities.
