Finance & Accounting Staff

Job Description =

• Execute all daily accounting processes through to monthly and annual closing in accordance with Financial Accounting Standards (SAK) in Indonesia.
• Prepare Financial Statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) accurately and on time.
• Perform daily transaction reconciliations for AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), Bank, as well as sales from various outlets and e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accuracy in recording Cost of Goods Sold (HPP/COGS) and inventory valuation.
• Manage daily cash flow, understand working capital management, and assist in financial analysis (Gross/Net Margin) and the budgeting process.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications =

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Finance & Accounting position (preferably from the Retail, Distribution, or F&B industry).
• Understanding of Indonesian taxation (Pph 21, 23, 25, 26, and PPN)
• Possessing Brevet A & B certificates (a plus)
• Proficient in advanced Excel (data charts/graphs) & Accounting/ERP software, especially those integrated with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems or multi-outlet management systems
• Fluent in communicating in Indonesian and English.
• Meticulous, possesses strong analytical skills, fast learner, and able to work under deadline pressure.
