We are looking for a Head for the Secondment area for a client that is still confidential. As you progress through the selection process, we will discuss the company and other details. Responsibilities and duties
- Develop a relationship channel with clients;
- Identify the needs of companies/clients, negotiate, and formalize proposals;
- Develop recruitment strategies, select, and interview professionals with the appropriate profile for the vacancy;
- Centralize customer (company)/candidate service;
- Perform benchmarking (understand the Secondment market);
- Monitor activities for as long as the secondment contract lasts.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed Higher Education;
- Experience with recruitment and selection;
- Business sense and interest in technology;
- Proactivity and critical thinking to deal with challenges;
- Advanced English.
