IT Project Manager (Agile Scrum Support & Escorting)

Job Description:

• Lead and manage the overall delivery of the Agile Scrum transformation and third-party escorting program.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate project activities across Agile Consultants, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.
• Ensure all project activities are executed according to the agreed scope, quality standards, timeline, and contractual requirements.
• Facilitate project governance, status meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate the implementation of Agile assessment, Agile maturity assessment, roadmap development, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Monitor the progress of Agile implementation within the teams.
• Identify project risks, impediments, and dependencies and coordinate appropriate mitigation and resolution actions.
• Ensure effective coordination between the third-party Agile team and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor achievement of project milestones and deliverables and prepare regular project status reports.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, action items, and decisions are properly maintained.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives based on project evaluation and Agile maturity results.
• Ensure onsite and online escorting activities are properly planned and delivered

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile transformation, digital transformation, banking, financial services, or technology projects.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Technology, or other relevant fields.
• Possess a valid CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project planning, risk management, issue management, dependency management, and project governance.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Willing to work onsite
