Your tasks
This position offers the opportunity to gain hands on experience in corporate transactions and an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge within the healthcare and dental sector.
Requirements
Experience for this Corporate Paralegal vacancy
- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal gained within private practice in the UK
- Assisting and supporting solicitor with share and asset purchases/sales transactions
- Has experience assisting with corporate acquisitions and disposals
- Preparing companies house forms, board minutes, resolutions and other corporate transactions
- Reviewing and preparing ancillary transaction documents
- Assisting with disclosure exercises and preparing disclosure bundles
- Providing general support across the wider corporate commercial team
- Undertaking company searches and corporate research
- Assisting with completions and post completion matters
Requirements for this Corporate Paralegal vacancy
- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal in the UK
- Have a good understanding of the structure and documentation involved in corporate transactions
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working to transaction deadlines
- Have good attention to details
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and commercially aware
