Important transnational company, dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of compressed air compressors for industry and mining, is looking for a QUOTATION ASSISTANT with the following profile:
FUNCTIONS:
- Creation of clients in the SAP system.
- Prepare quotations according to the requirements of the Commercial Advisors / Sales Management / Commercial Management.
- Place orders for stock required by the operations area.
- Perform follow-up and closing of offers registered from the Sales Area.
- Prepare indicator reports and others required for better management.
- Fulfill the inherent functions of the position assigned by their immediate supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate/Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions (Indispensable).
- Commercial and quotation knowledge.
- Intermediate English (Indispensable).
- SAP management (Desirable).
- Intermediate MS Office (Indispensable).
