Bartender

Bartender / Floor Crew Lavi Taco  is a contemporary Mexican taqueria built around bold flavours, good drinks, music and a lively social atmosphere. We’re a hospitality-driven brand at our core, and that extends beyond our guests to how we treat and support our team as well. We’re looking for an energetic and personable  Bartender / Floor Crew  team member who can confidently work behind the bar while also supporting the floor during service. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely likes interacting with guests. Key Responsibilities Bar Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages

Ensure drinks are prepared consistently according to our recipes and standards

Maintain cleanliness, organisation and proper setup of the bar

Monitor bar stock and inform management of low-stock items

Handle glassware, garnishes, ice and bar preparation before and during service

Follow responsible alcohol service and food hygiene requirements

Floor & Guest Service Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service

Serve food and drinks, and assist guests with menu recommendations

Manage tables, clearing and resetting during busy service periods

Support the team with reservations, walk-ins and seating when required

Assist with takeaway and delivery orders

Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Work closely with the kitchen and floor team to ensure smooth service

What We’re Looking For Previous bartending, restaurant or hospitality experience preferred

Basic cocktail and alcohol knowledge is an advantage

Friendly, confident and comfortable interacting with guests

Able to multitask and stay organised during busy service

Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude

Willing to work both  bar and floor duties

Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

What We Offer Salary: S$2,800–S$3,300/month , depending on experience
