These exciting tasks await you Your focus will be on operational Order Management. You will take responsibility for order entry, processing, and tracking, thereby ensuring reliable and timely order fulfillment. You will process returns, debit and credit notes, as well as other order-related transactions carefully and reliably. You will clarify customer-related queries and complaints within the scope of order processing and ensure professional and solution-oriented handling. The notification of shipments to the customer as well as the coordination of collections by transport service providers are also part of your area of responsibility. You will work daily with our systems, especially SAP SD, CWA, and Celonis, and will maintain the data relevant for order processing carefully and reliably. In daily business, you will coordinate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and other interfaces, and ensure a reliable flow of information regarding order processing.

Your profile: This is how you will impress us You have commercial training or a completed degree in business administration (or comparable) Initial relevant professional experience in sales would be great, ideally from the FMCG industry Knowledge of the German retail landscape would be an additional advantage You have good knowledge of SAP SD and are familiar with the relevant sales processes from order entry through delivery processing and invoicing to returns, complaints, and credit notes Initial knowledge of Celonis and CWA is an advantage You have very good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage Self-initiative and assertiveness characterize you You act in a solution-oriented manner, are a team player, and have a "hands-on mentality"
