Event Setup Crew (Part-Time, Weekends)

About Us Lara Events is a luxury proposal and event planning company serving Los Angeles and Orange County. We design unforgettable marriage proposals at beautiful locations like Malibu, Laguna Beach, Dana Point, and Palos Verdes. As we expand into elopements, weddings, and private celebrations, we're growing our team. What You'll Do Set up and break down proposal and event décor: florals, candles, signs, arches, rugs, and lighting Load and unload equipment and décor Follow setup designs and work to a high standard of detail Work with the team to finish setups on time, often timed to sunset Keep equipment clean, organized, and in good condition Help with occasional storage organization and prep tasks What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Available most Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for several hours Reliable transportation Detail-oriented with a good eye for design Positive attitude and works well on a team Event, wedding, floral, or hospitality experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Why Join Us Work at some of Southern California's most beautiful locations Be part of life's happiest moments every week Flexible, weekend-focused schedule Room to grow into a crew lead role Small, supportive team To apply, submit your resume or a short note about yourself and your weekend availability.
