Laundromat Operations Coordinator – Kaunas

Join a growing self-service laundromat network and become an important part of our daily operations!

We are looking for a responsible, organised and practical person to oversee the day-to-day operations of our laundromat locations in Kaunas, ensure everything runs smoothly and respond quickly to any issues that arise.

Your responsibilities

Maintaining and monitoring payment terminals and cash registers. Managing orders and monitoring stock levels of chemicals, cleaning supplies and other necessary products. Monitoring the condition and operation of laundromat equipment. Handling customer calls and resolving customer issues. Identifying and reporting operational and technical problems. Diagnosing and resolving minor technical issues and equipment faults. Cooperating with technicians in cases involving more complex repairs. Responding quickly and effectively to unexpected situations.

We are looking for someone who

Is responsible, independent and results-oriented. Is not afraid of hands-on work and practical tasks. Has a technical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Is willing to take initiative and resolve minor technical issues independently when necessary. Can plan work effectively and manage priorities. Communicates well with both customers and colleagues.

Requirements

A valid Category B driving license. Own car required (a car rental agreement will be provided for business use). Perfect Lithuanian and good English language skills. Russian language skills would be considered an advantage. Technical experience or experience in a similar position would be a strong advantage. Basic computer skills and the ability to use standard office software.
