Operations Clerk at Ben Gurion Airport

For Laufer, a leading company in providing ground services to airlines and VIP services to private customers, an Operations Clerk is required. An interesting role in the operations room within the airside area, involving working under pressure alongside various interfaces and suppliers. As part of the role: - Managing the shift and providing responses and solutions to the field team. - Back office work and responding to emails, generating reports, and data refinement in computerized systems. - Coordination between various entities at the airport. - Working with airlines. - Conducting briefings before flight departures. - Good conditions for suitable candidates. - Location: Ben Gurion Airport. Experience as an Operations Clerk or working in an operational command center - a significant advantage. Experience in an administrative role or a back office/operational role in a dynamic environment - an advantage. Proficiency in English at a very good level, including the ability to manage a conversation - mandatory! High service orientation, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in morning/evening shifts and weekends.
