Your tasks:

Independent programming and setting up of CNC short and long turning machines.

Independent creation and maintenance of technical documentation with our powerful tool management software

Adherence to and assurance of deadlines, quality and target specifications

Optimization of process sequences, tools and piece times

Instructing, monitoring and guiding machine operators and trainees

Production-accompanying process and quality monitoring according to drawing and test plan

Carrying out maintenance and cleaning work

Maintenance of process parameters in our powerful CAQ, MDE and BDE systems

Your profile:

Ideally, successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, toolmaker or precision mechanic

Several years of experience in the field of metalworking

Willingness to work shifts

Experience in the field of CNC programming

Independent and quality-conscious working style

Ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and commitment as well as reliability and flexibility

High quality awareness and commitment to finding intelligent solutions

Confident handling of common measuring equipment

Good knowledge of German

CAD knowledge ideally in Solid-Works
