Aeronautics Quality Technician (FAI/DVI mastery) M/F (M/F)

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you are responsible for the creation and compliance of FAI (First Article Inspection) files. In collaboration with the methods department, you establish DVI (Dossier de Validation Industrielle) files in compliance with customer requirements and deadlines. In this capacity, your main missions will be:

• Create FAI files (initial or evolutions) in accordance with customer requirements and the EN 9102 standard
• Participate in the development of DVI files
• Analyze customer input data and verify the compliance of products and processes
• Collect, verify, and consolidate all necessary elements (manufacturing documents, dimensional measurements, traceability, non-conformities, deviations)
• Control the geometric compliance of parts based on dimensional measurements
• Ensure the completeness and quality of files before delivery
• Manage blockages and update tracking tools (ERP, FAI dashboard)
• Communicate with customers regarding progress, discrepancies, and deadlines
• Handle non-conformities in collaboration with internal departments and follow up on corrective actions
• Present FAI files to customers and participate in technical exchanges
• Present DVI files to customers and participate in technical exchanges.

1 - Profile sought

• Degree Bac +2 to Bac +3 (BTS / DUT / Licence) in industrial technology or equivalent
• First experience in an industrial environment, ideally in quality or aeronautics
• Mastery of technical English (reading, writing)
• Knowledge of quality requirements and standards (ideally EN 9102)

2 - Technical skills

• Mastery of creating technical and quality files (FAI and DVI)
• Reading of plans, diagrams, and technical documents
• Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Why.)
