Asphalt rake person and/or roller operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Asphalt Worker and/or Roller Operator to join our dynamic construction team. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICENCE AND OWN A CAR. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on operating paving equipment roller, paver, backhoe, driving a truck and performing essential tasks like raking, shoveling, and tamping to ensure smooth asphalt and concrete installation. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and has a good attitude Duties Operate paving equipment such as rollers, for smooth, even surface. Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including grading and site cleanup. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards during all operations. Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate tasks effectively on busy construction sites. Requirements Min. 2 year experience working with asphalt paving, excavating, or a landscaping company. MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICNCE AND OWN A CAR. MUST HAVE A GOOD ATTITUDE MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER.
