Main Objective

• Responsible for posting job offers online, reviewing resumes, evaluating potential candidates, and scheduling virtual interviews. You will work under the direct supervision of the senior recruiter and collaborate on all tasks related to the recruitment process.

Requirements

• University studies in psychology, business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 1 year of verifiable experience in positions related to recruitment and personnel selection.
• Advanced English level (capable of interviewing and communicating fluently) (ESSENTIAL).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform effectively in dynamic, high-volume work environments with multiple priorities.
• Proactivity, sense of urgency, and results orientation.
• Occasional availability to work weekends when the operation requires it.

Main Functions

• Post job offers on professional sites, job portals, and social networks.
• Participate in the search and sourcing of candidates.
• Support teams in reviewing resumes.
• Perform initial telephone screenings.
• Schedule calls and interviews.
• Use recruitment software to manage open vacancies.
• Send mass email communications (e.g., application receipt confirmation, rejection notifications) and manage documentation (e.g., offer letters).
• Coordinate drug testing and background checks.
• Participate in recruitment events.
• Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
