Junior Architect – Design

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Technical Office Engineer to join our Technical Office team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating architectural works, and ensuring that drawings and documents comply with project requirements and standards.

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals
• Prepare 2D drawings and architectural layouts
• Develop 3D models and visualizations
• Work on space planning and design presentations
• Coordinate design ideas with the project requirements

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.

3+ years of experience in Architectural Technical Office.

Experience in Real Estate or Construction companies is highly preferred.

Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.

Excellent proficiency in Revit.

Good knowledge of 3ds Max and V-Ray.

Good knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.

Strong experience in preparing Shop Drawings and Working Drawings.

Good understanding of Architectural Details and construction drawings.

Ability to coordinate architectural drawings with Structural & MEP disciplines.

Good knowledge of BIM principles and coordination.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
