Key Responsibilities: Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies focusing on performance optimization and quality enhancement across all operational areas.
Quality Assurance & Control: Establish and enforce robust quality assurance protocols and quality control measures for all facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities, ensuring adherence to international standards.
Performance Monitoring: Design and implement critical performance metrics, conduct regular audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Engineering Excellence: Oversee the performance and quality aspects of all building systems, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and civil infrastructure within facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, efficiency, and longevity.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and lean methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and develop technical teams, fostering a culture of quality, safety, accountability, and high performance.

Mastery in Facility Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control , with a proven track record in driving performance excellence and implementing robust quality frameworks.
Exceptional command of Performance Management, Process Improvement, Building Systems, and MEP Systems , demonstrating a deep understanding of their optimization.
Strong background in Maintenance Engineering, Project Management, Data Analysis, and Reporting , with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated capabilities in Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Health & Safety protocols, ensuring a safe and high-performing environment.
At least 8+years of progressive experience in facility management, quality engineering, or a related technical field, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial capacity.
