Job Description:

Coordinate the logistics and tracking of maritime, air, and/or land shipments for export and/or import, generating effective communication and commitment to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

• Convey our customer's service to the client in a friendly manner through the correct application of established processes.
• Stay constantly updated on customs provisions and regulations that help improve job performance.
• Provide complete follow-up on all shipments until total customer satisfaction is ensured.
• Comply with reports requested by the Manager and/or Operations Coordinators.
• Have the availability to attend to and advise the client always in a cordial and respectful manner.
• Keep the client informed of their shipment status.
• Internal communication with coworkers must be cordial, respectful, and always willing to cooperate.
• Have broad judgment for decision-making and be open to interrelation with other departments of the company.
• Work in an organized manner and handle the pressure involved in managing multiple accounts.
• Identify a problem in a timely manner and provide a solution.
• Be proactive and know what the client needs in order to anticipate their needs.

Requirements:

• Advanced English (B2)
• Advanced knowledge of logistics strategies.
• Knowledge of customs regulations in Mexico and US.
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS

Experience:

• Import / Export Logistics: 1 year (Mandatory)

Language:

• Intermediate/Advanced English (Mandatory)
