Creative Videographer & Video Producer

About the company

Lasheen Branding & Packaging Cairo, Egypt We’re looking for a talented and creative video professional who can turn ideas into engaging visual stories — handling the entire production process, from the initial concept to the final, ready-to-publish video.

Your tasks

You’ll bring branding, packaging, printing, and behind-the-scenes stories to life through high-quality, creative content.

• Produce 4-6 high-quality Reels per month, from concept to final delivery.
• Independently develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and visual storytelling approaches.
• Handle filming, editing, color grading, music selection, sound design, and voice-over production when needed.
• Capture products, printing processes, machinery, finishing techniques, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Integrate AI tools into video creation, enhancement, and post-production.
• Collaborate with our creative team to ensure consistent brand quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong creative thinking, concept development, scriptwriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to manage complete video projects independently.
• Professional filming, lighting, editing, and post-production skills.
• Practical experience with AI-powered video production tools.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to deadlines.

Work Arrangement Long-Term Freelance | Monthly Retainer | flexible Hybrid

• 4-6 Reels per month.
• Flexible working hours and remote editing.
• On-site filming at our offices and production facilities across Greater Cairo, as needed (typically up to 2–3 visits per week).
• Monthly deliverables and agreed deadlines.

Important: Applications without relevant, personally produced video samples will not be considered.
