Warehouse Team Leader (Working at Amata 1 position, Bang Pakong 1 position)

Manage and control daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. Ensure inventory accuracy through Cycle Count and stock reconciliation. Execute and monitor transactions in the SAP system, such as GR (Goods Receipt), GI (Goods Issue), STO (Stock Transfer Order), Transfer Posting, and Inventory Adjustments. Coordinate material movement between off-site warehouses and the main factory. Monitor Warehouse KPIs and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure operations comply with safety requirements, quality standards, and company regulations. Manage, develop, train, and empower warehouse staff.

Qualifications: Male, aged 30-40 years and above. Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Logistics Supply Chain or a related field. Possess good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work and make decisions independently, including effectively managing daily operations at off-site warehouses in accordance with organizational goals. Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the SAP system regarding Warehouse & Inventory Management. Proficient in using SAP for warehouse management, stock control, and executing material and inventory transactions efficiently and accurately according to organizational standards. Able to communicate in English for work. Responsible, honest, and enthusiastic about work. Able to work under pressure. Able to commute to work independently. Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration.
