Supply Chain Executive (Good English communication skills)

1. Material Planning and Inventory Management

Prepare and execute material requirement planning based on production plans, demand forecasting, and inventory management policies. Ensure sufficient and timely availability of raw materials and packaging to support production without causing stockouts or excessive inventory. Monitor and control inventory levels, including Slow-moving Stock and Obsolete Stock, to maintain optimal stock levels. Coordinate closely with Procurement, Production, and Suppliers to ensure procurement aligns with usage requirements. Analyze data from the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system and take proactive measures to prevent or resolve risks related to material shortages and procurement issues.

1. Warehouse Management

Supervise daily warehouse operations, covering receiving, storage, issuing, and shipping. Verify the accuracy of inventory movements and stock data in the ERP/WMS system. Improve and manage warehouse layout, storage space utilization, and material handling methods to achieve maximum efficiency. Monitor and control compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles, including proper material handling. Ensure warehouse operations strictly comply with safety, quality, and relevant standard operating procedure requirements.

Qualifications: Male-Female, aged 30-45 years and above. Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields. At least 5-8 years of experience in Material Planning, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain in an industrial factory. At least 2-3 years of experience in managing warehouse teams or material planning teams. Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning), Inventory Management, and Demand Planning. Understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or related systems. Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, Cycle Count, and Inventory Accuracy principles. Skills in data analysis, planning, and systematic problem-solving. Ability to coordinate with multiple departments such as Procurement, Production, Quality, and Suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a good to very good level (e.g., Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis). English language skills at a communicative level, including speaking, reading, and writing. Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams and develop team performance. Experience in Food, Beverage, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries will be given special consideration. Experience in Warehouse Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement. Knowledge of KPIs such as Inventory Turnover, Stock Accuracy, Service Level, and Warehouse Efficiency. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
