Engineer

What will you do?

Validate hydrosanitary plans, schematic diagrams, calculation reports, and technical specifications prior to the start of field installations, ensuring material availability without interruptions to the schedule.

Supervise the laying of pipes, drainage slopes, placement of connections, support systems, ventilations, and fixing of sanitary fixtures, coordinating with other specialties for execution without interferences.

Witness and certify hydrostatic, tightness, and flow tests as a mandatory requirement before any pouring, guaranteeing zero leaks.

Inspect the entry of pipes (PVC, CPVC, PPR, black steel), valves, pumps, and equipment to the site, verifying diameters, schedules, brands, and required certifications.

Resolve on-site spatial crossings and interferences between hydrosanitary installations and structural elements (beams, columns) or ducts from other engineering disciplines (electrical, HVAC, communications).

Measure and approve the volumes of work executed by contractors —linear meters of pipe, number of outlets— as the basis for payment authorization.

Verify and sign test reports, and validate final As-Built plans at the close of each stage.

Requirements:

Civil Engineer or related careers.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the supervision of hydrosanitary installations in medium or large-scale construction projects.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting MEP plans and calculation reports.

Experience in hydrostatic and tightness testing with certification of results.

Handling of piping systems in PVC, CPVC, PPR, and black steel.

Availability to work on-site, Punta Cana, República Dominicana.
