Bus Driver, Lapland Tours

Lapland Staff is looking for bus drivers for the 2026–2027 winter season for Lapland Tours in Rovaniemi, Ivalo, and Levi.

We are looking for customer-service-oriented and professional bus drivers for a fixed-term employment in the stunning landscapes of Lapland!

We transport international travelers safely and punctually through winter conditions. During the winter, our transport operations are located in the Rovaniemi, Luosto, Ivalo, and Levi areas.

Job duties include, for example, airport transfers as charter trips and other regular charter trips, transporting tourist groups to various activities, assisting customers and providing friendly customer service, as well as ensuring safety during driving and monitoring the condition of the equipment. Work during the season is fast-paced and varied – no two days are the same.

In addition to a valid professional qualification, we require the applicant to have experience driving in winter conditions as well as flexibility regarding working hours. This work is performed both on weekdays and weekends, and in the mornings and evenings. We value flexibility and a positive customer service attitude.

Since we are looking for a driver who will work with international customers, we hope you have at least moderate English language skills.

The employment is a fixed-term position in accordance with the AKT collective agreement. Work begins in December 2026 and lasts approximately until March 2027, but if you wish, a shorter employment contract is also possible, for example, for the month of December. Pay is based on work experience, and the hourly wage is at least 16.69€ / hour according to AKT TES. As an entrepreneur, you can also perform the work via invoicing; this will be agreed upon separately.

Accommodation will be arranged if necessary.
