Maintenance Technician M/F

Within the Lapeyre group, the Lapeyre Industries business unit (approximately 2000 people and €300M turnover) brings together 10 production sites in France serving Lapeyre stores as well as external customers. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician M/F for our multi-technology factory based in Saint-Martin-sur-le-Pré (51)

• Optimize the proper functioning of equipment and perform maintenance on production equipment in the fields of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation, in compliance with procedures, hygiene, and safety rules
• Diagnose stops and malfunctions on equipment, analyze, synthesize, and propose improvements
• Propose and perform curative and improvement maintenance interventions. Anticipate breakdowns by reporting any urgent preventive work.
• Provide technical advice within cross-functional projects regarding the choice of new materials and the implementation of new installations
• Use GMAO tools and ensure the update of technical documents.

Shift work schedule

· BAC +2 in maintenance and industrial robotics, with a minimum of 2 years of experience · English: Intermediate / Technical (ability to communicate with suppliers) Required technical knowledge: Solid skills in mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation. Knowledge of MAINTA, PL7 Pro, Contrôle Expert, Tia Portal, Vijéo Designer, GP Pro Ex, CX designer (Omron) software and/or Yaskawa Variation would be a plus Knowledge of FANUC robotics would be a plus Required behavioral qualities: Fast and reactive Rigorous and methodical Autonomous Curious and eager to learn
