Commercial Director - Exp in Startup / Insurance

At Grupo LAP we are looking for a Commercial Director for an Insurance comparison company

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the position (In startup companies / Insurance)

Technical competencies:

• Intermediate English – C1 (Indispensable)
• Slack, CRM, Google Suite
• Must have VISA and Passport.

Education:

• LAE, Commerce or related. (Degree holder with professional license)
• Master's in LAE / Finance or related

Functions:

• Design and execute strategies and tactics that guarantee the fulfillment of revenue objectives.
• Guarantee post-sales processes that maintain clients in the portfolio.
• Analyze the portfolio, designing the corresponding strategies to maximize billing per client.
• Ensure reporting and compliance with metrics and KPI's, anticipating possible blockers and generating the corresponding action plans to resolve them.

Workplace and schedules:

• Zone: Miguel Hidalgo
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 to 18:00 hours (Schedule availability)
