Your challenge as a Technical Sales Support Specialist in Malden As a Technical Sales Support Specialist, you work closely with our International Sales and engineering to find the best possible customer solution for our machines. This concerns capital goods and custom solutions within production and end-packaging processes. A customer inquiry comes in to you. You analyze the question and clearly map out exactly what the customer needs. You delve into the customer's production process and translate this into a suitable technical solution. This can be a standard machine from our portfolio, possibly supplemented with options, or a custom solution where you, together with engineering, determine the technical possibilities and costs. Throughout this process, you are the first point of contact for the customer. When a quotation is converted into an order, you ensure that all technical and commercial agreements are clearly recorded, so that engineering and production can proceed with them. In this role, you work at the intersection of technology, application, and commerce.

Your background as a Technical Sales Support Specialist in Malden

• HBO working and thinking level, preferably in a technical direction
• Preferably at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position within a technical or industrial environment (machine building or capital goods).
• Experience with preparing and coordinating complex technical quotations
• Affinity with machines, production processes, and technical applications
• Strong analytical skills, customer-oriented, and pragmatic
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Good command of the English language; knowledge of a second modern language (preferably German) is a plus
