Team Leader Field Service

Lantech is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team Leader Field Service to strengthen our service team. As Team Leader Field Service, you are responsible for managing and guiding a team of Field Service engineers within our service department.

Your challenge as Team Leader Field Service As Team Leader Field Service at Lantech, you play a crucial role in the success of our field service team. Your main responsibility is coordinating a team of Field Service Engineers and ensuring optimal collaboration within the team. You monitor the overall planning and implement actions in case of under-/overcapacity. You are responsible for checking the hours worked and reviewing the expense claims. You also regularly read through the service reports and provide direction if improvement is needed. Additionally, you are involved in managing the group of field service engineers regarding all personnel matters. Think of performance and appraisal interviews, holidays, tool management, and monitoring employee satisfaction. You have frequent contact with the field service engineers and are aware of what is happening in the field. And it doesn't stop there: you organize training sessions and mechanic days to keep everyone up-to-date, and you think about how we can design our processes even smarter and more efficiently.

Who are we?

Your background as Team Leader Field Service A technical background at HBO working- and thinking level, through education or experience;

Extensive work experience in machine building, preferably field service experience;

A coaching style of leadership;

Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds;

Problem-solving abilities and stress resistance;

Good command of the English and German languages.
