Your goal: satisfied customers and our Field Service Engineers always present in the right place. As a Service Coordinator, you are the primary contact point for our (international) customers and you support our Field Service Engineers in the field. Your challenge as a Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, your challenge lies in planning and organizing various service / aftersales requests (installations, maintenance, retrofits, etc.). You answer customer questions about our packaging machines and manage the planning and work preparation of the service activities. In doing so, you form a great team with your service colleagues in the field. Whether it is a complex malfunction or a routine "check-up" of a machine: you always know how to satisfy the customer. Thanks to your extensive technical knowledge, you are able to pinpoint the customer's request precisely and ensure that the right Field Service Engineer is scheduled for the right service job. Who are we?

We are Lantech; a healthy and growing international organization within machine manufacturing. We design, build, and provide service for packaging machines, transport modules, and other auxiliary systems. We have branches in the Netherlands, America, Australia, and China. Our customers are diverse and located in various sectors. For example, we work for large multinationals within the food industry, but also for local entrepreneurs. From our Dutch branch in Malden, we develop and assemble box and tray handling machines. With 250 dedicated colleagues and a strong network of partners, we manage sales and service within Europe from here.

Your background as a Service Coordinator

• Technical knowledge through education or experience.
• A number of years of work experience, preferably within a service / aftersales department;
• Well-developed communicative and commercial skills;
• You have a good command of the English language. German is a plus;
• Experience working with an ERP system and with MS Office.
