C&B Team Leader

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The C&B Team Leader (Successor to Deputy Head of HR) will work closely with the Head of HR to oversee C&B operations and manage HR policies, organizational design, employee relations and key HR initiatives, while taking ownership of assigned projects and providing HR recommendations to support business and organizational needs.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES...

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant majors.
• At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, with strong experience in C&B and at least 3 years of experience in team leadership or supervisory role.
