What you will lead

• Curate, price, launch and grow products with clear customer value.
• Build productive realtor, affiliate, partner and customer communities.

• Supervise technology, website and digital marketing execution, with a practical understanding of how these systems generate and convert leads.
• Implement CRM workflows, lead allocation, follow-up processes and performance reporting.

• Set and manage sales team targets, conversion metrics and revenue goals.
• Deliver partnerships, activations, fairs and exhibitions that generate sales.

Hands-on ability is essential. You must combine strong product management and commercial judgement with the ability to organise teams, establish working systems and follow execution through to results. Ideas and presentations alone are insufficient.
