We are looking for a Project Manager Intern for an internship at the Paris office. Could this be you?

You will collaborate with the Client Services team and support them in the daily management of projects. Under the supervision of a (senior) Client Manager, your main tasks are as follows:

Manage various administrative and financial tasks

Project coordination between departments to ensure an easy communication flow between all departments involved in the project (client services, design, production)

Manage daily activity in client relations: organize internal and external meetings, provide clear and concise meeting reports and update the status of associated projects

Prepare cost estimates and processing timelines

Collaborate with design teams to prepare briefings and participate in ideation sessions

Coordinate small projects from start to finish: oversee all key stages to ensure compliance with deadlines, budget, and brief deliverables

Profile sought:

You are preparing a Master 1 or a Master 2, you possess:

Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

The ability to establish strong working relationships, both internally and externally.

Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate independently and confidently with clients.

A solution-oriented perspective, fueled by curiosity and an innovative spirit.

Perfect mastery of English

You are autonomous, curious, dynamic, and proactive. You demonstrate a definite interest in marketing, storytelling, agency life, and the strategic support of brands.

You will thrive in a caring and energetic environment where freedom of expression, initiative, and entrepreneurship reign.
