M&E Technician

Job Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations. Troubleshoot and fix issues with air-conditioning (HVAC), light fixtures, power points, pumps, and piping Conduct regular site checks on equipment performance, temperature logs, and pressure readings Update maintenance logs, service sheets, and work orders Adhere to workplace safety rules and report hazards immediately Job Requirements Good knowledge of Singapore WSH requirements and safe work practices. Proficient with basic hand and power tools; foundational knowledge of electrical circuits and plumbing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Responsible, organized and detail-oriented. Able to work independently 6 days work (8 hours per day)
