IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk Specialist

We are excited to announce a vacancy for the position of IT Infrastructure and Helpdesk Specialist . We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and technically skilled professional to join our team and help ensure the reliability, security, and smooth operation of the Company's IT infrastructure and technology services.
As a valued member of Landmark Capital, you will play an important role in supporting our employees by providing timely technical assistance, maintaining workstations, servers, and network infrastructure, and ensuring the availability and performance of our IT systems. You will also be responsible for managing user access, supporting backup and recovery procedures, maintaining hardware and software inventories, and contributing to the Company's cybersecurity and IT compliance efforts. Working closely with colleagues across all departments, you will help deliver a secure, efficient, and reliable technology environment that supports our day-to-day business operations
Provide technical support to the Team.
Maintain workstations, servers, and network devices.
Monitor system performance and logs.
Manage user access requests.
Support backup and recovery procedures.
Maintain hardware/software inventory.
Ensure compliance with access control policies.
Maintain incident logs and documentation.
Follow cybersecurity procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO, COO or the Head of Team/Unit, in line with the overall work and objectives of the Team/Unit.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
3–5 years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
Windows/Linux systems
Network configuration
Active Directory / Azure
IT service management tools
Good command of English and Russian, both written and spoken.
