Introduction The LBBW APAC 360 is a 24-month structured programme designed to develop future banking professionals through immersive rotations, international exposure, and hands-on experience across key business areas. You will be involved in a wide range of business processes, regardless of your chosen track, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how the bank operates. As part of a lean and collaborative team, you will benefit from meaningful exposure and early responsibilities, while leveraging LBBW’s strong presence in Germany and growing footprint in Asia. Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees will be considered for permanent roles aligned with their strengths, performance, and business needs. What Can You Expect?
