Your missions

You assist the Head Bartender and take over in their absence. You actively participate in the quality of service and the animation of the bar.***Supervise service to guarantee a smooth and high-end performance. Lead, support, and motivate the team of bartenders and commis.

• Participate in the coordination of events: concerts, DJ sets, mixology workshops, and tastings.
• Organize the bar setup according to the events.
• Participate in the creation of new cocktail recipes and the promotion of quality spirits.
• Participate in stock management and supplier orders.
• Ensure the optimization of bar costs.
• Welcome and advise customers with professionalism.
• Manage delicate situations with calmness and a sense of service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Profile Description:

Profile sought***Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Bartender.

• Experience in a high-end establishment or a cocktail bar is appreciated.
• Very good knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits. Knowledge of or an affinity for spirits from the Cognac region would be a real plus.
• You have good leadership skills and know how to unite a team.
• You are organized, versatile, and able to handle pressure during events.
• You are rigorous and attentive to the quality of service.
• Fluent English is essential to welcome an international clientele.
