Our client are a leading supplier of construction services to the NHS, Local Councils, Authorities, Schools and the private sector. They are currently expanding their team in St Albans and looking for an Estimator/QS to join them. The Role Measure and estimate projects. Interpret technical drawings. Use & read CAD. Estimate amount of products needed for large and small scale projects. Provide quotations for projects. Visit customers across the South East to discuss measurements and requirements for fit outs. Negotiate orders and project timelines. Regular travel across home counties. The Candidate Full UK drivers license Previous background in estimating, quantity surveying or construction. Ability to understand technical drawings and estimations.
