Estimator

Our client are a leading supplier of construction services to the NHS, Local Councils, Authorities, Schools and the private sector. They are currently expanding their team in St Albans and looking for a Sales Estimator to join them. The Role Produce accurate, competitive estimates and quotations Carry out site surveys and take-offs to establish scope, quantities and specification requirements Prepare clear, professional proposal documentation tailored to the customer and project Visit customers across the South East to discuss measurements and project requirements. Manage project lifecycles and contract variations Negotiate orders and project timelines Regular travel across home counties. The Candidate Full UK drivers license Experience within the construction industry highly desirable but not essential Dedicated work ethic and desire to succeed Previous experience in an environment such as kitchen, bathroom, bedroom showrooms would be considered Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + sales incentive bonuses + travel expenses If this position is of interest, please send your CV to Michelle at Landers Recruitment
