Conference and Hospitality Location: Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK Salary: £23,580 (Full-Time/Indefinite) Closing Date: Thursday 08 October 2026 Interview Date: Monday 12 October 2026 Reference: 1016-26 Lancaster Conferences & Hospitality are looking to recruit to join our team in the role of Hospitality Assistant for our Front of House Team on a full time contract. This role is a great opportunity to build customer service skills and development within food delivery, conference and events. The Team operate all year round delivery of hospitality for university meetings, conferences and events and student college activities, at venues across Campus. During vacation times, the Team host larger events for up to 800 people including day and residential conferences. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about delivering a consistent high standard of customer service and who can work in a high-pressure environment. You will need to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends. No previous experience is required. You must be a team player but also display initiative and a positive attitude.
