Vacancy Software Service Engineer

Berkel-Enschot| HBO | 40 hours

Experience

• A few years within a service environment in machine building or industrial automation;

Knowledge of

• industrial control systems and servo technology;

Knows

• Robot controls such as KUKA, FANUC or ABB and experience with PLC systems, for example Siemens, Rockwell or B&R;

Language

• Good command of the English language

You have

• basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Isah;

You are

• independent, customer-oriented and solution-oriented attitude.

Your week as a Software Service Engineer

No week is the same as a Software Service Engineer at LAN. One week you support customers remotely from the office, the next week you travel to a customer to perform a software upgrade or resolve a complex malfunction.

Your week often starts with reviewing service notifications. A customer in France has a question about a software adjustment, while a malfunction has occurred at an installation in the United States.
