Controllership Coordinator

Activities Coordinate the controllership activities of the regions under your responsibility, involving accounting and tax routines;

Management of the team of analysts and third-party accounting;

Ensure the correct recognition and accounting of revenues and expenses;

Validation of the accounting reconciliation process, ensuring correct accounting of assets and liabilities in general;

Act proactively in improvements and automation of area processes, reviewing and ensuring the execution of the companies' accounting reconciliations;

Review tax calculations and monitor tax credits;

Active interface with HQ and other areas of the company, aiming for the application of corporate policies and market best practices.

Requirements Higher education in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines;

Experience in accounting leadership and accounting processes;

Collaborative profile, having the ability to lead, influence, and work in a team;

Advanced English;

Good command of Excel and G-sheets;

Hands on profile; Strong alignment with the corporate culture.

Desirable Requirements Experience in growth companies, with a dynamic and innovative environment.

Experience in managing outsourced accounting.

Experience with accounting and tax systems.
